Spoiler alert: I already ate this. I didn’t have to make it either, someone else made it for me! It was very good, nice Maillard reaction on the russets. Crispy, hearty, savory.
Also, can I just say, this website is looking NICE. I feel like I’m in some sort of rich person’s food blog.
Yes, very important but not stated in the write up. Potatoes MUST be russet, due to their insanely high levels of starch.
