So, I like to think I know a thing or two about meatball sandiwches. When subway graced Campbell River with its presence, back when I was 15, I stood in line for 3 hours to get my free meatball six inch sub. It was worth it. Since then I have always pursued the meatball sub as a point of reference in all of my lifes culinary metrics. From Saskatoons Gangsters meatball sub, to the recently appreciated IKEA meatball sub, yes, ive got quite the opinion on this dish.

I really look forward to this, its insane that I dont make this dish at home, I cant remember a single time, although im sure it happened. We got tied up with other things in life you see. Sometimes we forget how truly powerful balls of meat with red sauce in a long piece of bread can be.
